Wine updates from Spain!

If your idea of wine is something light and fruity this is a wine to avoid. If you like craft beers and really toasty champagnes this is something you owe it to yourself to try. These wines spend a lot a lot of time in contact with yeast just like a champagne does, so there is a bready-nutty component to to them. A touch of sourness is permissible as well.
